500ml bottle into pint glass. At The Red Lion, Glencoe. Golden beer with a large foamy white head. Very slight haze, very light carbonation. Strong malty nose, some grain. Patchy lacing, very easy drinking. Taste is malty, finish is fruit toast. Very refreshing but a needs a bit more body.

Cask at Square Bottle, Chester. Pours a slightly hazy golden amber with a small off-white head. The aroma is bananas and spices. In the mouth it is sweet with flavours of bubble gum, cherries, cloves and coriander. This is decent – has more wheat characteristics than a lot of wheat ales, but still not in the category of a Belgian wit.

Cask @ Myrtle Grove, Bingley. Deeper golden with a small head. Mildly sweet wheat ale, not a fantastic example of the style for me but the crafting of it is evident.
