Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear black with a warm reddish hue and a creamy beige head leaving some lacework. Lightly burned malty aroma with a whiff of peaty smoke. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, hard roasted malts and a little licorice. Lightly bitter finish. 070209

Bottle at home ... BIG THANKS TO THE BREWER FOR THIS ONE ... Deep solid black big bubbly quite thick tan head that persists well ... big roast malts with a little liquorice in nose ... good rich body ... very soft and rich smooth roast malts up front with a little liquorice ... a little chocolate ... and no real noticable hop presence ... Its in the linger that the Liquorice realy shows as it leave exactly the same taste that lingers after eating liquorice allsots ...

Bottle, 4.1%. Clear dark amber colour, very small white head. The flavour has some grassy hoppiness. Slightly thin, but not bad.

Bottle, 4.4%. Weak flowery aroma. Nice clear amber colour. Good refreshing grassy hop aroma. Thin mouthfeel, but nice enough. 6 3 6 3 13

Bottle, 4.1%. Malty aroma, and spicy from the hops. Clear dark amber colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is roasted and slightly nutty, but not as malty it spicy as the aroma suggests. 6 3 6 3 13
