Cask conditioned at The Swan Inn, Beer Festival, Islip, Oxon Sun 30th July. I was really quite impressed with this amber coloured beer, started off fruity and was a touch sweet maybe, but a very crisp and refreshing beer that is nice and hoppy and certainly delivers more than it’s strength would suggest, a good session beer.

Black with browny white head. Aroma of hops, chocolate and especielly coffee. The texture is very soft, unfortunatly its very thin as well. Aftertaste is a bit bitter and very short! (Typical Brithish I feel like saying) Regular brew!

Had a bottle that was good by 8/2004. Drinking it rught now and it sucks. it has not gone bad because there is no sign of sourness or oxidation. However, there is also no taste or aroma. The color is nice, lots of carbonation, good medium head but thats all.

Golden clear wheat with a thin white head. Light lemony malt aroma. In mouth, crisp malt with definite lemon drops, light hops, sustained dry mouthfeel, a bit astringent. Im not a fan of this style.
