375ml bottle at Matt's. Released Sep-2017. Pours a very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma is roasted malt with berries. Taste is low to moderate sweet with high roasted bitterness. Too roasty with small barrel aging process presence. Ok.

Dark brown. Thin head. On the nose, There's a bit of acidic stuff on the nose, light toffee, some burnt toasted notes. Touch of bourbon. Bit thin. Sort of molasses, Just ok - no high notes to get excited about, and marginal on the malts.

375mL bottle, pours black with a medium brown head. Nose is very phenolic, with earthy roasted malt, sludgy cocoa, charcoal, and a hint of bourbon. Flavour is a little better, with sludgy, charcoaly cocoa, earthy notes, and a hint of bourbon. Earthy, sludgy and quite messy. Palate is very sludgy. Certainly not bad, but it's not a good beer.

Chewy cheesy hop and crystal malt. How old school. Meh. I mean it's ok for what it is but hops do come across cheesy.

Can at Black Christmas 2017
Hazy golden color. Grainy IPA, with resiny and citrusy hops, not too bad.

12 oz. can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium off-white head. Aroma is light, with floral hops, herbal notes and a is light vegetal character. Flavour is loaded with boiled vegetables, followed by herbal, soapy hops, and biscuity malt. Too vegetal - off. Not good.

16 oz. cans purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Clear golden color poured into proper glassware. Aromas of light Saaz like hop, grain, and dry grains. Flavor is clean and crisp. Mild Pils malt to give a subtle honey hint. Corn husk. Exceptional balance of malt and hop. Clean fresh aftertaste. Very tasty!
