Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep amber to brown with some orange chinks. Beige, fluffy head. Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, metallic, ripe pears and apples, pretty malty, a bit oxidised, grains, cardboard. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very sweet, malty, oxidized, some cardboard, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: fruity, pears, a bit malty, pretty metallic finish, nog very good.
