Ein recht fruchtiger Antrunk ist bei diesem Bier zu verzeichnen, im Mittelteil ist die herbe besonders zu schmecken. Das Bier wirkt dann allerdings etwas zu fruchtig, genauer gesagt zu sehr nach Banane. Der Nachgeschmack, wie gesagt etwas zu fruchtig, ist zudem recht wässrig und kann mit dem lasch herben Antrunk nicht mehr überzeugen. Durchwachsen, aber wieder keine schlechte Qualität des Bio-Biers. Sehr hopfiger Antrunk, auch der Mittelteil wird vom Hopfen dominiert, ein süßer Ton kommt hier dazu. Ein angenehm malziges Aroma kommt ebenfalls auf, das in einen recht herben Abgang führt. Original review text: Geruch: Frisch, hopfig, ein wenig nach Duschgel. Zu Beginn kann ein kernig frischer Geschmack überzeugen, darauf jedoch folgt ein wässrig bitterer Mittelteil, bei dem der hopfige Teil noch etwas rettet, ein Nachgeschmack merkt man kaum, nur sehr leicht bitter und herb. (bottle) Clear and dark copper colour with a foamy tanned medium head. Sweetbitter aroma of roasted malts with toffee. Light sweet malty flavour and taste, slightly roasted. Medium to light bodied and almost lively carbonated. Dry and moderately bitter and hoppy aftertaste. Not an outstanding but standard Dunkel.

Bottle: Reddish-brown coloured, mid-sized fluffy head, lacing; strong sweet-malty nose, faint traces of molasses and very faint traces of bitterness; slightly sweet-malty start; faint sweet flavour, almost light bodied; sweet, a bit tart, short finish; not unpleasant, but a bit monotonous: a liquid toffee.................

Bottle: Malty-grainy nose with a dash of bitterness; initial quite dry, grainy taste; light bitter-malty flavour; light bodied; short, dry bitter finish; a quite crisp and tasty Helles, lacks a fuller body.............

(bottle) Clear amber colour with a small frothy off-white head. Sweet toasted malts aroma with bread crust. Sweet flavour, medium body, smooth carbonation. Toastmalty and sweet initial taste and a slightly bitter, dense hoppy finish.

(bottle) Cloudy orange colour with a big fluffy white head. Wheat malty aroma with bubblegum and light banana fruity and clovy note. Light sweet flavour, medium to light body, crispy carbonation. Wheat malty and light banana fruity taste, not too sweet but quite balanced, slightly clove spicy and fruity finish with a light bitter note.

Bottle: Amber coloured, mid-sized off-white froth, hazy; mainly sweetish-malty nose (dough, caramel, honey); sweet-malty taste; mild, bitter-sweet and distinctive malty finish; medium bodied; quite good,soft and smooth.......
