Cloudy copper color. Typical spicy aroma, very light smokey, banana. Smooth taste, maybe too watery, like the palate.

(Bottle). Organic! Reddish brown colour, very good head. Roasted malts, toast, caramel, oak and pine wood in the aroma, some smokiness. Flavour is all malts + a slight smokiness, nice bitterness, well balanced. This is a good dunkel!

I have to agree with Yogi_beera, there are definetly some skunky notes, and the bottles I have have never seen a shop from the inside as they come directly from the brewery. I seem to have no luck with beers from this brewery - or they have no luck in quality control, in either case I rate it as it is, if the last bottle is better i can always re-rate.

Rerate: grainy sour, some banana, candy, salt, umami, crackers. Old yeast, dust, still not much better.

8 6 4 6 4 Re-rate: Unfiltered, Orange hefeweizen look. Bitter banana aroma, hints of chocolate? A bit strange sour and ashen taste. Too boring to get novelty points.

Rerate: Burned colormalt and chocolaty aromas. Beautifull redbrown, ok head. Some sourness and sharp edges from the dark malts - not unpleasant though. Medium bodied.

Orange Yellow. Unexpected sour (but not unpleasant) aroma and a nasty ash taste - possibly a bad bottle.

Deep golden and with a great complex hop aroma. Also a nice aromatic taste which goes well with the medium body. The only thing i am missing for the beer to be perfect is the last zang of bitterhops to create a more interesting and longer lasting aftertaste. It is an organic beer by the way.
