Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is somewhat fruity with nice citrus notes of orange and lemon with lighter notes of green grapes, stone fruit and cranberries. Light herbal phenolic note. Hints of grain and oak. Light alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, brilliant gold color with pinkish orange hues and a medium sized, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges for a bit. Flavor is slightly sweet with a faint acidity and light grain notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately fruity with light lemon, orange, cranberry, green grape and stone fruit notes - basically the tea notes with the SARA funk. Hints of herbal phenolic notes and oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty solid saison from SARA. Nice standard SARA funk with light barrel character and some fruit,y herbal notes from the teas.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is rich and malt forward with lots of chocolate, layers of caramel and toffee, and some toasted bread and burnt sugar notes. Moderate maple notes. Light bourbon and faint oak notes. Pours jet black with a medium small, thick, dark, mocha head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges. No lacing and long legs. Flavor is fairly sweet with lots of chocolate, caramel, toffee, burnt sugar and treacle notes. Some toasted bread, raisin, prune and hints of roast. Moderate bitterness and medium alcohol notes. Quite a bit of maple notes and surprisingly fruity. Light bourbon and faint oak notes. Mouthfeel is full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid stout but not an impressive one. Very sweet with lots of maple, but not much barrel or bourbon character.makes it through. Comes across too fruity for me as well.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong floral, honey, yeast. Medium body, honey, funk, yeast, wood, light tartness, very nice.

Can shared with Sarah. Pours a hazy peachy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has mango and light citrus with a touch of onion and some melon supporting. Flavor has slightly dank mango and citrus with a bit of sweet onion and light grains backing.

Bottle shared at RBBWG 2023. Yellow color, no head. Smell and taste malts, sourish, subtle sour, barnyard hayish, in the end though incredibly balanced. Superb.

Pours unclear yellow. Small, nearly no white head. Scent is brett, sharp, mild tart impressions. Fresh, Some spiced, or so it seems. Phenolic. Yellow fruityness (pineapple) . Taste is tart, yellow fruits. Tart, but easy drinkable. American style acidity - but the balanced kind. Buttery tartness, medium body, medium to medium high carbo. Lovely.

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy irregular head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: earthy, weird, lots of apple skin, green apples, gooseberries, pretty nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, pretty sourish, lemony, bitter touch, funky, herbal, more bitterness, meh. Aftertaste: weird acidity, fruity touch, gooseberries, more acidic, funky brett notes, weird, unpleasant bitterness, a bit chemical.

Bottle shared at RBBWG 2023. Light golden colored, small white head. Aroma is farmyard, sweet floral notes, citrus peel notes, soft sourish hints. Flavor is similar: super complex but everything incredibly balanced, soft and smooth. SARA provides once more. This is incredible.
