Bottle from their cider club. Low-ball at home. Clear, suspended bubbly, pale gold pour. Very smokey tart campfire nose; why? Tart upfront, rounded acidity, very pear-like, a little plastic, sharp out of nowhere, green almost banana finish. Crispy, but turning fatter & heavy middle end. Middling tannins, some sulfite iffiness. Not my favorite, nor what I expected, but unique for Eve's.

Bottle from their cider club. Mojito glass @home. Very dark, orange over iced tea color. Mostly clear, but a little jellied. Quick-hitting fizz. Leathery, old apples, old wood, warm brandy nose. Really sharp apples, cherry wood bbq, cherry juice, lingering + tannic Robitussin & lemon finish. Just a touch of residual sugar. Medicinal, hidden acidity, super sharp, soft carbonation, popsicle stick. Strong & bold. Almost loved this one.

Bottle from their cider club box. Maybe 1.5yrs on the shelf, month in the fridge. Lo-ball glass @home. Dark brown, intentionally still, jellied & not quite clear. Too quiet on the nose. A bit too cold perhaps. Oily wood, browned apples, brown sugar. Browned apple, subtle spice, tart, lemon, core, popsicle stick, tea-like tannins, too much oxidation. Tacky, old, suprisingly boozy for just 7%. Not at it's best.

750ml bottle from Pullo. Orange gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, baked apple pie hints, caramel, honey, peachy hints, some funk hints and acidity. Slick & oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.

Bottle from their cider club. Got lost behind a couple of repeats. Mojito glass @home. Pours a not perfectly clear orange amber. Intentionally still. Browned apple, warm orange juice, Lipton Tea. Almost like a mild punch. Apple/cherry juicebox/Jello sweetness. Lemon. Oak. Pith. Tea. Drying, but not so dry, tart finish. Like a mellower, rounder version of their Krys apple. Thin, okay to strong acid, very easy to drink, hidden abv, puckering, maybe a touch watered down? Good.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Pale golden colour, fizzing white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of pear, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, fruity, perry pear, peach hints with alittle acidic tartness, and light drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary finish. 2019 7.5% batch @ home with a Duvel goblet. Same color, more chalk on the nose. Drier taste. Good acid, big tannins, maybe too woody. Lower abv, great bubbles. Better this year. Just missing that third note.

Bottle from their cider club since they are too big time to sell at the local farmer's market anymore. Couple months of basement/fridge nap time. Duvel glass @home. Tiny bit of foam over; Uncharacteristic. Clear, typical pretty pale gold, re-fermented bubbly. Stinky sulfur, really stinky feet. It takes a long while to dissipate. This is also not typical. Fruity, potentially sugary, still fermenting. You really notice the residual sugar. It gives sort of a ghostly browned apple flavor to it. Otherwise, it's honestly bitter, good skin, tight bubbles, not really very minerally like other years. A bit sloppy & left my stomach a little rumble-y. Boozier than the year before, but not harsh. Just not super dry & aromatic, which is what you want out of this. Twas okay. We're picky these days. Will revisit.

Bottle from their fall cider club shipment. Label is their daughter's art. Seems to be some snake & apple garden of Eden stuff. Is this knowledge or just good booze? Cheapo stemless win glass @home. Spritzy, clear, classy golden pour. Boozy, cranberry, peppery arugula, sour apple candy. Taste is cooling cold spoon steel, Jolly Rancher grape, cherry tannic pith, lemon, chalk, fruity & minerally champagne. Less tart then Krys. Nearly bone dry(Farnum Hill owns bone dry), sharp, moderate to high acidity, quite potent. I'm glad they can still turn out bottles with some punch. Even dustier & drier would work. Great.
