Smells pretty much like a classic gueuze beer. A bit of cellar, wood, and earth notes. Tastes accordingly. Not my favorite gueuze. Slightly musty.

Bottle. Powdered sugar and sweet raspberries in a nice balance. Slightly tart in finish. Only slightly sour. A "beginners" fruit lambic.

Very nice clear golden color, firm white head. Smell a little fruity and bitter. Very nice strong flavor, but a little too much alcohol on my tongue.

Bottle from Nelson Wines. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a thick fluffy off-white head and lively carbonation. The nose is farmyard, floral, hay, cheese, tart raspberry, strawberry and spice. The taste is tart green apple, lemon, lime, hay, chamomile, grass, biscuit, wheat, green grape and orange pith. It is initially sharp and tart and smoothes out to a more grassy finish. Not as intensely sour as some of the other gueuzes, but well balanced and enjoyable.

0.375l bottle. Pours a medium cloudy light orange body with a big bubbly white head. Aroma is tart and yeasty, woody, citrus, green grape peal and some --. Lively carbonated, medium bodied and feels light oily on the palate. Tastes tart, quite woody, sour grapes, spiderweb, the white bitter part on the lemon zest and some earthy tones in the finish. Not bad at all, but have to admit that I was expecting something more than what I got. Still, quite OK.
