Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity, slightly spicy and rustic with crackers, sourdough bread, cereal, red pears, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, tiny fruity and spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, sourdough bread, cereal, red pears, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, coriander, lemon zest and hints of rubber. Bit unrefined but overall refreshing and decent.

Like Travlr, I had this called Nobel Rouge, but the deScription from beermenus matches this one and so does the abv. I,however, had this at Torst. pours golden reddish with a white head. Aroma is funky and yeasty. Taste is slightly hoppy with light sourness. Weird finish. Nice and fruity.good stuff.
