Description
Saint Somewhere Brewing Company is a brewer of traditional Farmhouse ales located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. We are a small batch brewery using only the finest ingredients available. Belgian malt and wheat, whole noble hops and open fermentation add to the complexity of our ales. Our beers are unfiltered and re-fermented in the bottle, not engineered, but truly hand crafted.

Draught at All In Beer Fest 2015. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon peel, white pepper, herbs, grain, wheat and earth. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of lemons, white pepper, grain, light bubblegum, perfume and earth. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty nice!

Like Travlr, I had this called Nobel Rouge, but the deScription from beermenus matches this one and so does the abv. I,however, had this at Torst. pours golden reddish with a white head. Aroma is funky and yeasty. Taste is slightly hoppy with light sourness. Weird finish. Nice and fruity.good stuff.

On tap at Apex, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes, light funk, and a little tartness. Flavour is clean and easy, with rustic farmhouse yeast, a touch of citrus and a little funk. Easy drinking and well-balanced. Solid saison.

Draft @ Saint-Somewhere, big thanks to Bob for the pour. Reste cependant assez solide.

Draft @ Saint-Somewhere, big thanks to Bob for the pour.

Draft @ Saint-Somewhere, big thanks to Bob for the pour.
