01.11.2019 - 0.5l can from spar express at frankfurt hbf, 1.99€, from the can in a train. typical possmann aroma of tart apples and citrus. flavour of tart apples, lemon zest, mineral water, quite dry. easy drinking and I guess very refreshing on a hot day. a bit bland and watery otoh, mineral water is definitely preset.

Unclear golden. Apple vinegar, lime, apple peel. Dry sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, flat carbonated, sour finish. Quite sour and almost no carbonation, don’t know if something is wrong here.

Bottle pours out a pale straw topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is earthy sour apple and a touch of sweetness. Taste is more of the earthy sour tart notes and a funky apple.

500ml can, as Heimsieg Schoppe. Light cidery nose, minerals, dust, slightly pissy. Flavor is very dry and dusty, fizzy body. Little sweetness. Dry, dusty. Not so impressive.
