Towering dense yellowish head, leaving puffy lace over hazy ochre-golden beer. Beery nose, spicy & herbal malts, getting more aromatic-herbal going along ending in sweet pastry cake. Bitter(ish) malts, if that can make sense, tad metallic. Bit of pastry, or a hint at non-sweet caramel. Something like darker cheese too, if probably not hop-related. Medium bodied, really slick even a bit pap-like, good carbonation. At least a good initiative, going @ Desevaux. Beer might be middle-of-the-road, but compared to some other of this kind of our own beer ideas... I Thanks to Stef! /I

Bottle at home. Bit of a gusher. Almost clear golden with big fizzy, short lasting white head. Apple, caramel, quite some spicy yeast and fresh bakers yeast, light apricot, dust, light sugary, amaretto, fresh bread, light herbs. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. OK.

T: malt, green banana, grassy, spicy, fruity, bio version is obviously slightly worse than the regular one but still enjoyable, medium body, medium to high carbonation, probably I missed this @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017, 33cl bottle from ZBF 2017 Leuven.
