Slow gushing to huge, dense, yellowish head, slightly irregular, stable and a bit lacey over hazy orange golden beer. Spicy, herbal nose, rather sharp-ish. Garden weeds, wild hops, peppery aroma, kümmel. More of the same, "hot" malts, peppery, spicy and indeed rather sharp. Muted if present herbal bitterness, underlying different malts. Finish verges on astringency. Overenthusiastic carbonation, quite slick and yeast-filled. I'm wondering how this one would have turned out given 4-6 months more... Txs to Stef!
