Bottle from De Hopduvel. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Spicy and peppery saison. Dry and harsh bitter. Lots of carbonation, too much in my opinion. Ok beer.

31/X/15 - 33cl bottle from Dranken Marlou (Zonhoven) @ home - BB: 19/VIII/17 (2015-1525) Thanks to Hilaire for picking this one up for me!
Little hazy blond to light beige beer, huge irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very rural, hay, dow fodder, grassy, some coriander. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, bit fruity, citrus, malty, lots of grains. Aftertaste: bit spicy, quite some coriander, grassy, nice bitterness, little fruity. Very nice authentic saison, true to style. A job well done, really enjoyed this one!

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Hazy orange color, medium to full sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sweetish, iron, a hint of candy and something a little weird I can’t describe. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sarazen Bio Blonde on 04 Jun 2015 at 15:17 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. Original review text: Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Clear golden color, medium to full sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweet, lightly iron. Decent body and carbonation. A tad better than the regular, although I can’t really explain why.

Bouteille 75cl, BB 02/08/2014.
