Small, reasonably stable white head over not very carbonated clear golden beer. White wine, peach, light citrus, white grape. Honey (very prominent), sweetened white wine, sweet juicy peach and grains, even other grains in the finish. Slick, light body, very much more carbonated on the mouth than visible. Nice, but a little bit more complexity could be achieved compared to some other IGA's.

Huge, lightly yellowish head over stoll, clear yellow-copper beer. Nice if short hoppy nose, with a lot of graindust, smells as in a grainloft. Again grains, dry, with a rainwater solution of hoppellets. Light, bit slick. Alcohol absence is very clear. OK. For a nablab.

Draught @ the brewpub Very good, dense & fine yellow- cream head over dark amber, veiled beer with lively carbonation. Rings of lace. Quite nutty nose, bit of chocolate, bread & parsley. Again nutty, bready, milk chocolate, dark grains, wholemeal bread, wheat, light banana. Light to medium bodied, quite slick, good carbonation. Decent.

Draught @ the brewpub Good dense head, off-white, over faintly hazy amber beer. Nice herbal, leafy, grassy nose wih an extra toasted, sweet caramel aroma. Sweet, perfumey, but the finish is bitterish-metallic. Again dry caramel. Medium bodied, quite slick, good carbonation. Leafy aftertaste. Nice Bock, grew on me.

Small yellowish, stable head over clear chestnut beer. Smoke, roast, charred chestnuts, ham, meaty esters. Sweet roast, again roasted chestnut. Some faint, almost fruity esters. Light body! Very slick. Bit light for a Bock, IMHO. Light, but pretty wholesome Rauch.

Draught @ the brewpub Very dense, stable white head over pale, lightly coloured golden beer. Very inviting lemony/citrussy and mineral nose, extremely clean. One moment one is convinced drinking a soft drink, then a broadening sets in, resulting in way more depth. Citrus, hint of salicylic acid. A hint of exotic citrus fruit, yuzu with coriander. Light, refreshing, soft carbonation. Indeed, a truly inspiring Gose, as I was warned.

0,33l bottle at home. Black color, no head. smells bourbon, vanilla, light smoky. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes bourbon, vanilla, medical, smoky. finishes lightly dry and lightly smoky with notes of bourbon, vanilla and earthy notes. Nice to very nice one, very good to drink
