Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula e una di umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, sale e spezie.

Pours slightly hazed, pale yellow. Small white head. Scednt is clear on the coriander, and the salt (seawater like). Taste is sharp, mild tartness, high coriander. Lower than expected acidity. Ends a touch sweet, not a great gose. Styletechnical and balance wise, but not a bad beer.

On tap @Batzen Brau (Bolzano). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, leggero erbaceo e floreale. In bocca è mediamente amara, buona secchezza e pulizia. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona struttura per una session.

Tap at Lange Nacht der Brauereien. Cloudy golden. Melon, grape, perfume. Sticky sweet front heavy spring onions. Oily aftertaste. But. It is somehow drinkable (except for the onions).
