0.33 l bottle from 'Gastrodrink' at 8.7% abv, best before December 2024. Black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, light brown head. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty, slightly vinous-fruity aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, raisins and some red wine. Quite sweet, malty, rather roasty, gently vinous-fruity and a bit woody taste of dark chocolate, coffee, toasted hazelnut, vanilla, red wine, raisins and some oak, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter, woody and a little boozy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Stout, well-executed barrel-aging, convincing base beer.

Bottle brought to tasting by Ursula, thanks! Hazy amber with a huge, pretty head. Lightly cellary nose with wild/sour notes. Flavor is very complex with a lot of everything but well balanced, nice spicy and herbal notes, medium hop bitterness, very nice one! Creative and completely drinkable.

Hazy golden. Aroma is grapes grass light cauliflower some fruit. Taste is grandmas curtain some pepper with rather bitter spicy hops. Not so smooth. Meh.

Bottle, Nippon replacement beer. Cloudy pale golden, offwhite foam. Spicy, coriander, flowery nose. Medium body, foamy, elderflower, indeed a bit peppery, a tad salt and mineral dryness. Foamy perfumed finish.

Schwarze Farbe mit beiger Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht röstmalziger Geruch mit Kaffee. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Kaffee und etwas Schokolade. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Eingetrübte gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Leicht getreidiger, salziger Geruch mit Koriander. Geschmacklich salzig, säuerlich, leicht getreidig mit Koriander. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit und hoher Säuerlichkeit, leichter Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.

Smooth sweetish beginning. Floral hops over a sweetish malty body. Pine there, citric parts. Fruity sweetish grain over a round floral grassy finish with floral citric hops in the back.
