Draught at Heartland Times Square, New York, NY. Hazy pale amber, minimal head. Vague soapy nose. Sweet and fruity with clean, rounded mouthfeel and light body. Notes of caramel and plastic. Low bitterness. Feels sterile.

Draught at Heartland Times Square, New York, NY. Clear golden, no head. Tangerine aroma. Sweet and fruity, lightbodied with rounded mouthfeel. Some dusty butter. Very light and quite refreshing, though the tangerine flavour is a bit overpowering.

Location: Had this one on draft at the Union Square location of the Brewpub on the 4th of July

Aroma: It had a nose of light nuttiness, some earth, light hop notes, a subtle nose
Appearance: The color is dark reddish-brown with a creamy and lasting beige head, lots of lace
Flavor: The flavor is nutty and caramel malts, mild on the hop bitterness
Palate: It has a medium body, and it is somewhat on the creamy side
Overall Impression: First off, it was served WAY WAY too cold. I had to let it warm for a while before I got any of the above impressions. Decent, but not really a nut brown IPA, just a nut brown.

On tap at Big BBQ, enjoyed while watching free Bob Schneider concert at Madison Square Park. pours is amber, and taste is toasty sweet malt, maybe some slight apple. This is skewed by how much fun I was having at the time so probably slightly high

Tap @ Boston/NY 2009. Clear golden amber color, short head. Good hoppy nose. Quite harsh bitterness in taste, but best of the bunch for me.

Tap @ Boston/NY 2009. Slight hazy amber color, short head. Soft hoppy aroma. Ok bitterness in taste. Overall good drinkability, which makes it a decent session ale.

Draft at HB burger: Poured a clear copper color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention. Aroma of medium caramel malt with light dry finish. Taste is not the most spectacular with good caramel malt and a light subtle dry hoppy finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but really not something to seek out again.

Draft at HB burger: Poured a slightly hazy beige color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention. Aroma of medium bitter hops with light dry malt notes. Taste is also dominated by dry malt with a medium bitter finish with some subtle floral notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done though lacking some character to somehow stand out.
