Winter 2008 22 ounce bottle from PJs Fast Mart in Sylva, North Carolina. Pours a clear deep red color with a medium tan head. Fair head retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of caramel, raisin, toffee, bread, cinnamon. Taste like liquid graham crackers... toastiness, cinnamon, bread, some subtle hops and dark fruits. Medium-full bodied.

bottle. pours hazy golden, with thin white head. Aroma has a good nose of wheat with light yeast as well as some hops and citrus aroma. Taste, I enjoyed this one a lot with a good mix of the wheat and light mouthfeel of caramel malts in the finish. Light yeasty palate with some citrus hops. Light, very enjoyable.

bottle. Pours cloudy orange/amber with white head. Aroma is fruity (grapefruit) hops with nice caramel malt notes. Taste malty / caramel, hops with grapefruit / citrus hops with light piny mouthfeel. Overall mouthfeel is sweet and smooth finish is a mix of caramel and grapefruit with light bitterness.

Hazy murky beige. Somewhat earthy aroma. Very earthy palate, chewy with canned mushrooms and oxidized hops. Hrm, not sure I like this.

Brilliantly clear gold color with a white head. Malt aroma with a bit of citrus rind. A The flavor is mildly sweet with just a touch of hop bitterness. A bit of astringency in the finish. A simple beer that is very light and sessionable.
