Keg at Lui Lui’s - West Leb, NH. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has pleasant rindy citrus notes, pithy lemon. Light sweet flavour with grassy bitterness, more rind, grapefruit pith, some biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp grassy and rindy finish, with dry pale malts, more pithy character. Solid.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Cigarette City. Appearance is clear, light copper with minimal sparkle, finger width foamy off-white head with good retention and nice sudsy lacing. Aroma is citrus, dank earthy resin, tropical fruit. Taste is balance of sweet tropical fruit and citrus with bitter earthy resin. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft-to-average carbonation, dry, fairly crisp lightly bitter finish. Overall, strong aromas and flavors for a session IPA. A little to the bitter side for me, but good.

Keg pour into taster cup at NH Brewfest. Appearance is clear, light brown/dark amber with a small ring of foamy off-white head with no sparkle. Aroma is mild caramel, rye. Taste is mild spicy rye and bitter herbal hops, light malt. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, lively-to-fizzy carbonation and spicy rye finish with some bitter and yeast. Overall, I was expecting more bold aromas and flavors but overall this was fairly nondescript.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a transparent dry dark amber color with a thin cap of a white little head. Mild messy lacing.
The aroma takes in mildly sweet to spicy rye initially and then some citrus and piney playing with a sly sweet caramel malty sweetness.
The flavor takes in all of the previously mentioned aromas to blend and then give give that kick of the spice in the aftertaste bumps and then bites into the finish.
On the palate, this one sits about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels fairly low.
Overall, another nice beer by Sebago, always a solid brewery, and this beer doesn’t fail to show us a hell of a lot of nice attributes.
