16 oz. can purchased at Kittery, 7- Eleven. Canned on 12/18/2015. Orange in color with fast dying fizzy head. Aroma is not as bold as I was hoping, more caramel then necessary. After the overload of caramel I found light pine and floral hints.
The flavor thankfully shows a larger hop profile then the aroma lead me to believe. The floral notes upfront with a long lingering pine bitterness. Body is slightly sticky from caramel but does dry out from pine resin. Average. Don’t let the cans sit for any length of time.

Draft at the Poland location. 16 oz draft split 2 ways. Aroma is nicely dank, green grass, pine and weak pale grain. The flavor is much like the aroma. Maybe the addition of a fruity note. I don’t know at this point in the evening my palate is screwed. The only complaint I have about this brew is the thin watery body. Overall still drinkable.

On tap at River Rd Tavern. Hazy orange amber with a tiny off white head by the time it made the table. Nice earthy pine hop aromas with some bready caramel malty notes to balance. Sweet bready light caramel flavor with some nice citrusy pine hop flavor with restrained bitterness. Nice drinker, a hint on the sweet malty side for my tastes, but I’d drink it again!

Location: 12 oz bottle from Nikki's Liquors, 4/30/15
Aroma: It has strongly fruity aroma, grapefruit/orange, caramel, and some herbal notes.
Appearance: The pour is clear orange with a clean white head, and some fairly strong lacework.
Flavor: The flavor is solid, not quite as good as the aroma, nice sweetness/bitterness balance.
Palate: The mouthfeel is clean, with a medium body, average carbonation, and a mid-dry finish.
Overall Impression: This is a good, solid IPA. It isn't a top of style offering, but I would happily drink it again.

Four pack purchased at Craft Beer Cellar, Portsmouth, NH. 2015 edition. Orange Amber color with fast dying head. Aroma is scallions, mild onion and fresh cut grass clippings.
This years hop has to be Mosaic. The onion, scallion and grass flavors are completely focused through the sip with just enough pale malt to give a backbone for balance. The bitterness is very low and displays a dry texture. This brewery has done a few different additions of this beer and all of the single hop variations are under this one entry. This one showcases the Mosaic hop very nicely.
