Bottle at a tasting. Thanks Dror. Slightly hazy red with a white head. Floral and citric hoppy aroma with some biscuity malt. Sweetish malty flavor, somewhat bready and biscuity, with piney and grapefruity hops bitterness. Medium-bodied. Decent.

draft@Chez Moeder Lambic: red/bronze/amber colour with orange head, smells like malt & grapefruit soap hops, taste is slightly watery with sweet malt, caramel, biscuit, berries, fruit & grapefruit soap hops which mainly come forward in the finish, overall a bit too watery the combination of the two sides doesn’t really work, instead of combining, you get neither one really & it gets a bit bland, so-so

Copenhagen beer festival. Hazy brown beer. Softish palate. Sweetish malt and a very well balanced fruity hop. Well behaved hoppy beer.
23rd October 2010
Cloudy brown beer. Small white head. Slightly odd nose of straw and unsweet chocolate. Dry palate. Lightly spicy and with a dash of unsweet chocolate. Seamlessly blended with some fruit and bitter orange hop. Really well joined up tasty beer.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a hazy, sparkling body, golden-orange in color and with a finger-thick, dense, off-white head. Some lacings. Citrusy, piney nose with the pale malts in the background. A bit low on hoppy aromas I think. Lots of orange in the mouth, a tad too much I think. There’s also pale malty sweetness, bitterness and some pinecones. Medium body, quite carbonated. A quite pleasant one, but it’s sort of bits and pieces that doesn’t combine very good. 110129

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Milky-yellow, hazy body with a small, off-white head. Doesn’t look very good. The aroma has some berries, but mostly wheat, lemon and a milky touch. Some grassy, piney notes. The flavor is malty and fruity, some citrus and raspberry notes too. Medium to thin body. There’s something good here, but it’s far from convincing. 110129
