Draught Clear copper beer with a very good, just yellowish head, leaving lacerings. Beautiful malty nose, dry, but fresh malts, ever so slightly sugary. Maltbomb, but not overly sweet, there being a slightly peppery hopimpression. Finish consists as pure maltsugars. Lots of gristslickness, nearly medium bodied. If all Pilsners were like this, nobody would make a difference between lagers and speciality beers...

0,5 l draft@Chez Moeder Lambic: served in a dimpled mug, clear yellow with a lasting white head, slightly sweet & fruity, getting mainly banana from this as well as some peach, caramel & pils malt, herbal hops but only the smallest hint of bitterness in the finish, very clean, cut taste, medium body, very easy to drink, wonderful drink

Bottle, 5.5%. Fruity aroma, hint of spicy hops. Almost clear copper colour. Small fizzy white head. The flavour is nicely malty with a little of the aforementioned spicy hops. Slightly sweet finish, but nice and well-balanced. Also a good alcohol level to balance the slight sweetness.
