Bottled (backlog). Orangeish ambery colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some mild fruits and overall quite sweet. Flavour is caramel malts, toffee, some ripe fruits, mild alcohol as well as some mild nutty notes.

Bottle bought at Landbierparadies Nuremberg. Looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass brownish, nice head. Starts intense malty and yeasty, some earthy-sourish notes, also intense notes of caramel, some cinnamon. Not too fruity. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

Rated as "Weihnachts-Festbier". Hellbraune Farbe, würzig-malziger Antrunk, zu dem sofort eine deutlich spürbare Herbe tritt. Der Hauptteil ist toll herb-röstmalzig-aromatisch, leicht süßlich. Zum Nachgeschmack hin dominiert die Herbe, leicht röstmalzige und auch malzig-süßliche Komponenten treten hinzu und halten sich noch lange auf der Zunge.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig süß, fruchtig. Geschmack sehr malzig, fruchtig, getreidig, minimal alkoholisch.
