Bottle from Landbierparadies. Chestnut brown colour, beige foam, disappears quickly. Light notes of caramel, dry, bitter finish. Easy drinkable. Not a bad Vollbier.

Bottle, as "Bockbier", 6.5%. Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is apple phenols, bready, caramel, raisins, a bit oxidized. Taste is raisins, oxidized, malty, sticky. Low carbonation. Not too great.

50cl Bottle, tfs Harmen! Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of toast, burnt caramel, hay, grass. Flavour follows, spicy nutmeg, toast, nuts, firm herbal bitter finish. Light bodied, prickly carbonation. OK.

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour to copper with a medium-sized and off-white foamy head. Bready malty aroma with notes of caramel, subtle fruity accents and a whiff of herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation.
