500ml Bottle - Brown with orange and red tinges. Raisins, caramel and notes of fruitcake in the aroma. Malty and slightly sweet taste with raisins, sultanas, caramel and hints of nuts and berries.

Bottled on November 13, 2017. As a blind tasting. I think it was purchased at Landbierparadies, online shop.Amber to red color. Malty, grainy, sweet, a tad roasted, some hops scent. Malty, close to roasted, knäckebröd taste, lack some hop character. Medium mouthfeel and bitterness.6/4/6/3/11=3.0

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Chestnut brown colour, beige foam, disappears quickly. Light notes of caramel, dry, bitter finish. Easy drinkable. Not a bad Vollbier.

Bottle, as "Bock". Red amber, low eggshell head. Light roasted, roux nose, some oxidation. Medium body, low carbonation, light stickiness . Some singed cardboard, nuts, roast, oxidized Dunkel finish.

Bottle, as "Bockbier", 6.5%. Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is apple phenols, bready, caramel, raisins, a bit oxidized. Taste is raisins, oxidized, malty, sticky. Low carbonation. Not too great.

50cl Bottle, tfs Harmen! Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of toast, burnt caramel, hay, grass. Flavour follows, spicy nutmeg, toast, nuts, firm herbal bitter finish. Light bodied, prickly carbonation. OK.
