Cask @ Ship & Pilot, Ilfracombe. Bright orange and hazy. It’s somewhat sticky-sweet in its texture whilst remaining very palatable in this respect. Its apple is stated enough and dry tasting, with a fairly stated aroma.

Box at Bishop Auckland food festival. Golden colour, white bubbly head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, tangy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mellow finish. Quite OK.

Clear yellow golden colour, no head. Aroma of apples, light hint of funk, hint of lemon zest. Bit sweet flavour, apple, light white wine. Light carbonation, finish apple and light fruity notes.
