On cask at the Bank, Bristol, 21/08/10. Amber with a trace of carbonation. Sweet cider, with some honeyed fruit and a medium dry finish. Very drinkable for the ABV, but perhaps lacking some character.

Draught at KØ10 as Broadoak Cider 100% Pear. Clear extremely pale yellow colour. Sugary flavour. Tastes like alcopop, might be a different entry.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival 08-05-10 Pours golden reasonably clear. I found this starting to verge into the more sweeter range but then I tend to find this with Broadoak, and whilst not my favourite producer it has to be said they have their fans in particular amongst the younger clientele. Its a reasonable stab, and is appley and flavoursome enough to hold my interest. A6 A4 F6 P3 Ov12 3.1

From a polycask at the Portcullis, Clifton, Bristol 23/01/10. Pale, almost colourless, green in colour. Sweet apple juice with plenty of sugar. The alcohol was very well hidden, which could make this dangerous, if forgettable drinking.
