@ Cider Barge, Bristol. Hazy gold, fairly abundant apple and the abv is well-hidden. Complex apple, tannin and leather. Good, high quality cider.

Cask @ Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. Pours a cloudy orange with a lively taste, apple pastry, a certain tartness that’s not overbearing but still razor sharp, very light with an almost cremant style spritz to it. Overall an enjoyable cider but I don’t think I could manage a full pint of this.

Cask @ Bedford Arms, Bedford. Dark gold, hazy. Aroma of sour apple, a bit funky. Taste is a lot sweeter than the aroma suggests. Easy drinking but means business. I quite like this!

Tap at The Bell, Waltham St Lawrence, 05/05/13. Hazed dark orange with no head. Nose is sweet apples, sugars, grass. Taste comprises apples, sweet sugars, light smoke. Medium bodied, fine to medium carbonation with a tickle of spritz, sweet crisp finish. Ok.

Cask (handpump) @ Cock Tavern, 315 Mare Street, Hackney, Greater London, England E8 1EJ.Unclear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet apple, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20121206]

On tap at CASK. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has ripe apple that is mianly sweet with a slight tartness. Flavor is quite sweet with apple with a hint of candy and a bit of roast in the finish.
