Extremely smooth textured ale, a light golden colour with carbonation and initial head. However, what it has in character it lacks in flavour. It does have a pleasant sweet aroma.

Cask at the Birmingham Beer Festival 2012. Clear amber pour with a very bubbly head. Malty aroma that almost smells like the cellar floor of an old boozer! Zesty fruitiness in the flavour leaving some bitterness on the palate.

Weak appearance and character, although this malty effort does have a hint of aftertaste.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 18/08/2012. Golden in colour with a slight white head. Light, summer fruit and cereals aroma with a touch of leafy hop. Flavour had some sweetish malts and a hint of citrus leading to a decent, bitter finish. Fine.

Hazy golden colour, hopped but with a sweetness which dominates taste and texture.
