Bottle (2023) from Lighthouse Wine & Spirits. Opaque, motor oil black with nice viscosity, ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong forward bourbon, marshmallow/lactose/vanilla, cacao nibs, nuts. Taste is strong bourbon, sweet marshmallow/lactose, cacao nibs, late nuts. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, alcohol well hidden, sweet finish as taste. While the bourbon is strong here, perhaps 2 years cut it too much where it couldn't offset the sweetness. I love me a dessert stout but this is super sweet and likely only tolerated in small doses.

10/05/2025 (2024 bottle) Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö May tasting - sweet and roasted dark malty with lots of opulent smooth chocolate, some dark dried fruit notes, full bodied, vanilla and bourbon coalesce into the lingering dark malty finish. Sample at the roost. Light haze over a gold body. Creamy white head. Nose is heavy apricot and tangerine. Feels fake. Perfume. Flavor is tangerine and sweet n low. Messy. Way over done and somehow thin.

Draft. Blackish beer with a dark tan head. Dried fruit and light bourbon aroma. Dried fruit and toffee flavor with light bourbon and citrus bind. Fuller bodied. Dried fruit and citrus rind linger with toffee, light bourbon, and light chocolate.

Part of a three beer flight at The Pizza Store by OC Local on 23rd April 2025. Misty golden body, white crown on top. Fruit cocktail of tropical goodness overflowing with flavour.

A- Chocolate, sweet, booze, vanilla.
F- Booze, marshmallow, chicory, salted caramel, sweet, chocolate.
T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, cloying finish.
O- My first Bottle Logic and honestly disappointed. This was awfully cloyingly sweet. No S'mores flavor, just a lot of chocolate, booze and caramel. Not worth the hype or price, but hopefully this was a one off for me.
