Can. Bier Huis Ossett. Birthday gift from the missus. Contains Kiwi apparently, which I’m allergic to, so this was just a taster. Good job I read the label. Hazed slightly mucky gold. Decent lasting white foam. Nose is indeed like a key lime pie. Taste is sweet and semi tart. Nice gentle pucker. Good body. Light tart finish. Nice.

Nose is tropical, slightly soapy, hint of onion skin. Taste is bland, chalky, light tropical, hint of stone fruit. Thin given the strength.

On the day I'm drinking this beer - 46 years ago Ugandan dictator Idi Amin was deposed. The sweet tropical fruit of this flavour probably wasn't in the taste of his mouth that day. In mine it's welcome, despite a watery texture to this one.
