Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, cardboard, light vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cardboard, vegetables, caramel, malt extract. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140816]

Bottle 500ml. [ As Black Sheep Golden Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, hay, cereal, malt extract, hop extract, mesk - mash. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cardboard, old malt, vegetables, mesk - mash. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140816]

Bottle picked up from Morrison’s Minehead. Clear orange / amber coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is mineral, nutty, burnt sugars, little grass. Flavour is composed of light nutty grains, toffee, mineral, burnt sugar, little grass. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, drying finish. Not bad.

Bottle shared at Christ’s post GBBF minidig 16/08/2014. Clear golden coloured pour with a fine white head, fleeting. Aroma is dull hedgerow hop, sweet caramel, berry. Flavour is chalky thin caramel, light berry, faint lemon. Palate is a bit dull and watery. A touch of diacetyl.

Aroma is caramel, some diacetyl, hop leaf and hedgerow hop. flavour is composed of dull cardboard, tea, berry and mineral. Palate is thin and watery with high chalky carbonation.
