Pours black with a small mostly lasting foamy tan head. The aroma is chocolatey, with some roasted malt notes. A moderately sweet chocolate taste, cocoa powder, roasted malt and vanilla flavours with a light dry chocolatey finish.

Cask @ Hop Inn, Newcastle Under Lyme. Pours black, off-white head. Badged as a chocolate orange stout, yet has no chocolate orange notes whatsoever. Some dust. Not great, decided not to venture past a sip.
