Bottle thanks to AndrewC drunk at home. Near black beer no real head. Some smoke yes. Some chocolate. Some water slash not integrated malt. Some residual sugar in the malt. The smoke is interesting no doubt just not sure the rest works.

Bottle thanks to AndrewC drunk at home. Gold colour slight haze lasting off white head. Plenty of citrus hops on pouring the beer. Lemon and oranges. A little over carbonated. Some pale malt. Floral citrus. A little earthy on the finish. Attractive aroma and then scores down before an ok citrus acidic finish. Some bitterness.

Cask-conditioned on gravity at the Exeter Winter Ales Festival 14/1/2017. Dark red in colour, with a moderately-sized, off-white, head. Sweetish, slightly smoky beer, with some toasty malts, berry fruits, leafy hops and a touch of porridge creaminess, before a smoky finish. Good.
