Aroma of sweet citrus, orange jam, and some light tropical fruit. Flavor was more of the same with a touch of sweet malts. A nice IPA, pretty straight forward, but good stuff.

On Tap at C’est What? Amber pour with a fluffy head. NIce aroma of brown sugar, and some bready malt with a touch of grassiness. Flavor is quite one dimensional with the sweet malt,and more of the brown sugar, a nice beer, quite drinkable, i could easily down a few.

This i was not a big fan of. I found this to be way too bitter for a brown ale. I didnt get any of the so called smoke they make reference to. There was a fake nuttiness that was in the flavor and aroma i didnt like very much, and this was way too bitter in the finish to be enjoyed. it just seemed to be unbalanced and all over the place.

This was kinda boring. It was more like an amber ale. Some slight nutty aromas mixed with a butterscotch kinda maltiness, but i didn’t detect much rye at all. Meh, seems like a basic amber ale to me.

on tap at volo. Huge hop aroma, but it doesnt smell of just american high alpha hops, i think there is a crap load of english hops in there too, some goldings,maybe some fuggles. Great citrus, aromas, and even a tad skunky, because of the huge aroums of hops, its a good thing. NIce and bitter in the finish, a great IPA, not hwat i’m used to with the big american IPA’s, but its excellent.

soapy aroma, but also laced with cutrus. smells like its trying to be a strong IPA. flavour is there, but the roma keeps throwing me off.

on tap at C’est What. I find this to be very IPA like. Nice hoppy aroma and flavour, lots od citrus. really nice stuff, wish i had more, and i wish i still lived in Toronto!

bes t coffee porter out there. Very rich, and strong in coffee flavour. awesome stuff. aroma is coffee, flavour is coffee. great stuff.

draught at C’est what, found it kinda thin, the chocolate taste was there, but nothig much else, after the chocolate died away, it was pretty bland.

Again, very IPAish, like the al’s cask, and hemp ales. its got the IPA aroma, very nice. flavour is very hoppy, but i can detect a bit of rye in there. overall nice stuff.
