Bottiglia, bbe 23 dicembre 2018 e bevuta dicembre 2019. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina, agrumi, lampone e pompelmo.

Bottle at home. Aroma of tropical fruits, grass, grapefruit, earl grey, tea leaves, some guava notes, fresh hops. Flavour is rather bitter with a dry finish. Body is medium. I generally LOVE Earl Grey in my beer and this one just flatout rocks. Delicious beer.

Bottle at home. Aroma is grassy hops, zesty citrus peel, biscuit malt, grapefruit, tropical fruity notes, slightly herbal-ish. Flavour is very potently bitter. Body is medium. Could be a bit more balanced, the bitterness is off the charts. Nonetheless, this is a very crisp and fruity hoppy IPA.

Bottle at home. Aroma is coffee, big roasted malt, cocoa, fruity hops, pine resin, dark chocolate, grapefruit, notes of liquorice. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is full. Very nice, potent bittersweet flavour with a roasty coffee resinous hoppy aroma. Tasty stuff!

Hazed, amber colour with golden highlights, a fluffy-bubbly, warm light-beige head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing. Aromas are a nice blend of the caramel malt base, some fresh herbal-grassiness hops and a touch of citrus. The mouthfeel is quite refreshing, more on the thin side and the dryness is not to the max. Again, very fresh herbal hops in the taste with the malt taking a backseat. Some light tart is left, and the dryness does slowly build. Maybe a tad citrus zest. One of the most refreshing, regular IPA I must of had.

I can't read French but the bartender but it piqued my interest. Expensive stemware at Torst, December 2024. Clear, dark cranberry, pale cherry head. Herbal grassy, earthy, lightly moldy, chalky yeast nose. Taste is chalk, dry cranberry, cherry blossoms, mineral water, moldy cheese, hard water. Dry, thin, parching, delicately frothy. Too thin & costly but fun.

Bottle 0,355ltr:Very black colored brew with an very dry bitter taste and hints of roasted malts. But this one gushed out of the bottle, poured out on multiply glasses. I don’t like this gushing beers, are they use the same system as Alvinne or such?

O:7.16 V:3.75 G:8.21 C:3.78 G:16.45 T:39.35

5oz pour at Stillwell Barrington. Pours opaque gold-brown. Aroma has some good malts, but is dominated by overly sweet, lots of cloying malts, excess alcohol. Very thick on the palate. Flavour has some malts and citrus, but completely overloaded by boozy malts. Barely palatable. I can't decide whether selling or buying this beer is the greater crime. Don't bother.
