Huge effervescent nose of peppery malts, and some light tartness with a great dose of citrus zest and tropical fruit. The carb is a tad high, but thats to be expected.,the finish is medium to high on the bitterness scale. The end is a great grassy, hoppy, slightly yeasty flavor.

750ml bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, with a huge white head. Aroma is very woody, and funky. Lots of white wine, and vinous acidity. Aromas of stone fruit, yeast, and citrus fruit. Mouth feel and body are effervescent, and quite active. Finish is woody, hints of vanilla, lots of acidity, and some funk at the end. Complex and quite pleasant.

341ml bottle. Black pour, medium brown head. Aroma is very roast forward, but there are good amounts of resinous pine. Alot more cocoa notes than i expected, with subtle coffee. Lovely mouth feel, very lively carb. Finish is medium to high bitter, with alot of resins. The roast is bold, but is extremely well balanced.

dark red pour, fluffy pink head with alot of floaters, even some distinct raspberry seed remnants in the head. Tart raspberry aroma, subtle sweetness, and a bit of spice, great mouth feel, its clean and crisp. The finish is lightly tart with a great berry sweetness that lingers, and imparts a light bitterness. super refreshing a great summer patio beer.

Cask days 2011.
Quite the pour, cloudy redish pink color, with a very white head. Very woody, vanilla coconut aroma. Flavor is quite tart, some nice tart berries and a greay fruity sweetness. Great tangy fruity finish with a good balance of vanilla coconut from the wood. This was a big surprise and one of my favs from the fest.

A good english style ipa. Lots of fresh goldings, pungent and floral. Solid cereal malt bill to back the hops. High bitterness, and a good piney aftertaste.
