Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours murky gold with a beige head. Musty skins, wild yeast, some leather on the nose. Flavour has earthy wild yeast, musty, some tannins. Very nice.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours murky dull gold with a white head. Tons of musty, tannic grapes skins on the nose, funk, rustic wild yeast. Flavour is moderately acidic with tart grape skins, earthy yeast, good funk. Solid.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is unusual, with tons of whiskey and bourbon barrels that combines oddly with the wild yeast and acidity. Flavour is super unusual, with intense oak and bourbon, gentle acidity, and wild yeast. Very charred and smoky woodiness on the finish. Odd but this does work.

Bottle pour at BeerGeek Bar. Pours murky gold with a white head. Nose has sour notes and plenty of old wood. Flavour has plenty of tart citrus, old wood, dry and herbal finish. Very nice.
