2022 bottle shared at home with the boys. Intense red grapes show, some berries, pleasant tannins, fruity-leathery funk. Acidity is sophisticated, somehow feels sweetish almost. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Quite liked it.

Bottle shared thanks to Thijs. Clear dark golden, small white head. Caramel, funk, dry oak, peach, gooseberries, unripe fruits, tangerine, bitter herbal notes. Medium sour, less bitter and sweet. Oily body. Nice, like a classic gueuze.

75cl Bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Pours a misty pink, white head. Fantastic crisp red berry sour, fresh red berry and grape coming through well on the nose, grape must and skins accompany rounded funk, tart and crisp with modest woody moments. Nicely done.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. Lots of complexity, executed really well, nuanced. The Saaz hops works well with the wild farmhouse character. Excellent, one of the highlights of the festival.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. Very well made, with dried fruits on top of the character, raisins, prunes. But overall sufficiently complex, very nice.

From bottle at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival, Nijmegen. Aroma of tart and sour fruits, light wood, grapes, some funky notes. Flavour is medium sour with a dry finish. Body is light to medium. Quite nice, brewer shows great promise.
