Bottle shared. Clear light golden. Crisp apple, soft butter, zesty, light elderflower, oak. Light sweet and sour. Just medium bodied, quite crisp, just medium dry.

500 ml brown bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.4%. Clear golden colour, pours sparkling with a minimal and shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of apples, apple cores and apple peel, oak and sulphites. Very nice flavour with the same elements, semi-dry, some tannins and a slight bitterness in the finish.

500 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Golden colour. Pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of Dabinett apples, apple cores and apple peel, hints of oak and sulphites. Medium dry flavour with the same elements, a faint hint of smoke in the aftertaste. Easy drinking.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Reddish tinged orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, raspberry. Taste is sweet, raspberry, appley, sugary, syrupy, with some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet & drying with raspberry at the finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Tesco, Billingham. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, core, sulphur hint. Taste is sweetish, appley, tangy, skin & core, fruit, caramel, vanilla hint, with some drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
