[January 2023] Golden amber with a frothy white head. Earthy with hints of tropical/citrus fruit on the nose, it’s the citrus that takes over in the taste with some floral hop character and a slightly bitter finish

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Mid-gold and clear with a soapy white head. Light notes of ripe citrus, some grassy noyes, a surprising little element of sweet spice. Taste is sweet at first but bitters significantly quite quickly. Getting more citrus peel - pink grapefruit and tangerine. Finish is notable in its bitterness. Light soft body with little carbonation. First time I've tried this brewery and its a good beer especially as sporting events specials are so often throwaway.
