Description
Brasserie De Sutter was founded by two brothers, Antoine and Frédéric, passionate about beer and its production. In 2008, they embarked on recipe creation tests and after obtaining their degrees in agronomy and brewing, the first beers were born. Quickly reassured by the quality of their products, the brewers set up an artisanal production unit of 800 liters. In January 2012, it was the big leap towards controlled, higher-capacity manufacturing thanks to the move of the De Sutter Brewery in Gisors to larger premises with new, high-performance brewing equipment.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, moderate yeasty, belgium - french yeast, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wood notes. Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session. (from Saveur Biere). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is mild spiciness, some sweet malts, a bit metallic notes as well as some herbs. Flavour is ripe fruits, quite sweet malts, some alcohol as well as some slight spices and berries to it.

On tap at Au Trappiste (Wistro), Paris on 25th November 2016. Gold with thick white foam and spot lacing. A hoppy aroma with spicy notes and a touch of aniseed. Botella 33 cl en el Pacos 10..10..2016 (r18). Sin lote ni Fcpref. Color marrón oscuro casi negro con bastante espuma beige persistente. Aromas y sabores maltosos ligeros tostados algo dulces de sirope y ligero caramelo. Bastante gas que le da un cuerpo ligero y espumoso con 8.5 vol que no se notan. Normal.
