Description

On tap at Benelux, pours a cloudy yellow with a big white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, some citrus peel and yeast. Flavour is quite citrusy upfront, with a gentle tartness, some coriander, and a bit of yeast. Soft palate and nicely refreshing.

On tap at Benelux, Montreal - 04/03/12. Pours a copper gold in colour with a small white head. Pine, citrus and hops dominate the aroma. Upfront hops and malt in the flavour. Light to medium bodied with a good level of carbonation. I enjoyed this after 2 dull pints in 3 Brasseurs!

Brown with a thick head. Relatively malty aroma with light nuttiness and some herbaceous hops. Toasty notes with a crackery character. Good, balanced brown. I didn’t rate it the first time I had it, but I had to come back just to make note of it.

Cask, Mondial. hazy amber and a big, bright aroma. The pithy, citrusy bitterness is bright, clean, refreshing and appetizing. That’s good IPA. This was loosely based on 2 Hop from Volo.
