Draft at the brewery tap. A dark orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very sweet with a quite strong malt note as well as a note of caramel. The flavor is very sweet with quite a lot of hops hitting early, but then comes the alcohol with a hint of metal, but also giving it a nice body.

Bottle. Clear amber golden color with a large frothy good lacing mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled. Yellow colour, thick white fluffy head. Aroma is malts and alcohol. Flavour is malts, sweetness (some weirdly sweet notes) and a bit of alcohol. Not very interesting.

Bottled (BB 07/2007)
Pale yellow color, small but steady white head. Grassy, a bit stale nose. Very grassy, kind of light bock despite of ABV. Papery aftertaste.

An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty and wheaty combined with a light note of fruit. The flavor is sweet and very wheaty, but also with quite a lot of citrus. But the body is at bit thin.

(Bottle 50 cl) Cloudy, pale golden with a creamy, white head leaving laces. Aroma of banana and a whiff of butter. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet fruit notes. Oddly unclean Hefe. 181106

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Slightly bready, malty aroma. Full body with a high degree of malt sweetness and again some bready accents. The alcohol is detectable, but not in an unpleasant way. This was given to us free of charge at the brewery shop as it was a bit too old. Would love to get a fresh sample one day. 101106

(On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a white head. Very malty aroma - grain, almost mash. Medium-bodied, perhaps a bit on the light side. Clean, malty notes nicely balanced by the hops. A very quaffable and harmonious Pils. 071106

A hazy orange beer with a thick fluffy light orange head. The aroma is sweet alcohol, with strong notes of alcohol, malt, and flowers. The flavor is sweet and very malty with notes of flowers, elderberries, and citrus, a very floral flavor, leading to a lightly, but still dry, hoppy bitter end.

Bottle, 7.0%. Grassy aroma. Dark golden colour. Big semi-stable head. Very peppery flavour, jumps right at you. Turns more malt and Maibock-hoppy. High bitterness in aftertaste. Has some burnt plastic to flavour, but that is mostly overpowered by alcohol and bitterness.
