Bottle 33 cl. Noisy beer, amber brown color, good foam. Rich aroma: various shades of malt, branded toffee and candy sugar, many fruits (pear, tangerine, plum, black cherry). Taste: spiky sparkling, wine, fruits and malts, candies, caramel and toffee, wine-fruit sweetness, very good!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Premier Hop. Pours cloudy orange-gold with a foamy white head that quickly settles into a cream. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich fruity notes, orange and tangerine, some peach, a bit of yeast and phenols, pale bread, nips of meringue and booze. Full bodied, lightly oily and chewy, with delicate carbonation. Lightly warming finish, a little sticky sweet, nips of cereal, more bready pale malts, honey, melon, peach and tangerine. Delicious.

330ml bottle. Pours hazed amber with a beige cap. Aroma: dark fruits, prunes, dates, caramel, spice. Taste: moderate sweet & light bitter, dark fruits, light nutty, caramel, orange rind, brown sugar, toffee, dates. Medium bodied with moderate to full carbonation.
