Pours flat. The colour is like the picture. It's a clear glass bottle. Really vinous aroma. Light acidity, flat carbonation, somewhat oily. The grapes still come through well, but there's still some acetic notes.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2019 vintage). Hazed orangey red with no head, leaves brownish red residue in the clear glass bottle. Acetic (but at a lower, more tolerable level than most early Temporals), soft Gamay grape skin underlay, feint berry and cherry notes. Decent long sipper.

0,33l waxed bottle at home. dark brown color, small tan colored head. smells dried fruits, raisins, cherries, toffee, oak, vanilla, toasty barrel notes. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes vanilla, oak, dried fruits, raisins, light minty, toffee, toasted barrel notes, light alcohol notes. finishes lightly sweet with notes of toasted oak, vanilla and dried fruits. very nice one, great balance, more like a Barley wine or American Strong Ale. Not much cherries. Reminds me of the stuff Firestone Walker does (Anniversary series, etc.). Very good one.

(Draft at Muted Horn, Berlin, 17 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, floral nose with elderflower, citrus and lemon peel. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, elderflower, white bread, spruce needles, yeast and a mild floral/citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Complex, tasty and quite interesting. Very nice.

330mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Lots of spicy saison yeast and gin botanicals on the nose. Flavour has a really nice balance of botanicals and saison yeast, fairly dry and floral throughout; nice degree of complexity. High carbonation. Very nicely made beer.

Amber-brown with low carbo, almost cask ale bubbles. Lots of bourbon on the nose, with underlying phenols. Lots of alcohol, too. This one has a lot of body and sweetness so it’s not too rough, but this is about everything you’ll get out of this base.

330ml @ 🏡
Aroma: pilsner malt, some Brett and grainy notes.
Taste: along the same lines.
Overall: crispy, refreshing, kinda mix of lager and saison. Doesn't really work for me. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Table Beer on 10 Aug 2024 at 22:22 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5. Original review text: FHF 2024. Appearance: cloudy dirty blonde with a white head. Aroma: grainy, crispy, some pepper notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: very close to the authentic Belgian Saison. Great for the style fans (I am not the one, though).

On tap at Threefold. Pours a hazy light blonde with a white head. Rustic yeast and spicy Czech hops on the nose. Flavour is a pretty interesting combination of rustic notes from the farmhouse yeast and the crisp, spicy grass of a Czech pilsner. Very nicely executed.
