330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark hazy brown with light tan head. Aromas of dark caramel, whiskey, bourbon, vanilla, a bit of cake spice and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with some nice woody and subtle peat. Perfect peat addition; use enough to keep things interesting without distracting. Warm finish. Excellent.
Kinda pricey but likely on par with something equivalent from the EU once shipping and exchange rates are factored in…

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic farmhouse notes, plenty of brett, and a touch of oak. Flavour is lightly tart/acidic, with plenty of tart citrus, gentle floral dry-hopping, and rustic saison yeast. Finishes rustic, yogurty, citrusy and nicely hoppy. Very good, but better on the nose than palate.

Hazy, pale amber. Thin head. Light fruitiness, with light blueberry/blackcurrant notes, a nice bit of cascade. The palate is an off-dry saison with good fruit, a bitter cascade note, this is really good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. In order of preference: Batch 1, 3, 2. Juicy peach, feint spelt and very soft hopping. Not bad.

On tap at Threefold. Pours dark brown with a minimal beige head. Lots of bourbon, amburana, and toffee on the nose. Flavour is intense and woody with loads of bourbon and amburana, nice dry malt character, some dries fruits in the background. Thick body, finishing with cinnamon and nutmeg. This is excellent.

On tap at Threefold. Pours nearly black with no head. Tons of dry, woody peat smoke and burnt dark sugars on the nose. Flavour is rich with lots of woody peat smoke, charred wood, burnt sugars, roast. Finishes strong and boozy, which compliments the dark smoky palate. Fantastic.

On tap at Threefold, pours black with a small beige head. Nose has plenty of peat upfront—though it doesn’t seem too abrasive or monolithic; there’s clearly some solid malt backbone in here. Flavour is primarily a function of the peated whiskey barrels, tempered by subtle cognac, some bourbon, molasses, and deep toasted malts. Finishes with low residual sweetness, a strong boozy kick that doesn’t detract, and moderate smokiness. Really nice blend.

On tap at Threefold, pours a deep dark down into our a small brown head. Nose is complex as hell, with tons of deep bourbon barrels, some smokiness to the wood, a touch of the amburana, and some bready toffee. Flavour is extremely rich and full-on, with intense and complex bourbon barrels, huge wood, a bit of the amburana, light smokiness, a touch of dark dried fruits, and some toffee. Fairly low residual sweetness for the style, showcasing that beautiful wood. Damn, this is awesome.

750ml @ Ryan's shared with Farees, Josh (thx for the beer!), and Alex.
Aroma: pretty acidic with noticeable grapes notes, so much of vinegar 😬😑
Taste: low carbonation, low to moderately acidic, woody, some grapes.
Overall: meh.
