Bottle from The Lygon Arms, Broadway. Pours a hazy orange colour with a huge foamy off-white head. Aroma has hints of floral and citrus fruits. Taste has more floral and citrus fruits. I also detect notes of fruit salad sweets. There’s a nice but gentle bitterness on the finish. Lightish body with fair carbonation. Pretty good

2 pints of cask taken away and shared between us. Copper-coloured, clear with almost no head. Scent of honey, toffee, leafy hops. It is incredibly sweet, but there's enough light bitterness in the finish to keep it from becoming sickly. Ripe orchard fruit notes in the aftertaste. Light oily body, carbonation soft to nil. Inoffensive and forgettable but certainly enjoyable enough at the moment.
